Is your visa coming to an end?

If you are looking to apply for an extension on your current visa, then Scribe Solicitors can support you with this.

Key points to remember:

You should apply for an extension before your visa expires and at the earliest 28 days before your visa expires. We recommend you contact us at least 2 months before your visa expires so that we have sufficient time to assess and prepare your case properly.
Whilst your application is pending the conditions attached to your current visa will continue regardless of how long it takes the Home office to reach a decision on your application.
It is important to remember that you will not be permitted to travel overseas until you have been given a decision.
