Are you worried about Brexit affecting your right to stay in the UK?
The European Union Settlement Scheme was introduced by the Home Office in 2019 in response to the Brexit situation.
This was prior to the end of Brexit to help process the registration of nationals of EU countries who were resident in the UK.
If you are successful in your application you can receive either a “pre settled status” or “settled status”, this generally depends on the length of time you have been residing in the UK.
We can also help you apply for family members who are currently abroad and wish to join you in the UK under the EUSS route.
